Basic Pre Wash Notes:
You should always wash your car out of direct sunlight. This will help to avoid water spots from forming. Never use dishtowel from your kitchen sink to wash your car Microfiber towels are highly recommended. They come in a variety of ways from polishing to drying and even waffle!
Washing:
Rims:
1. Hose down the entire wheel/wheel well to release any heavy dirt
2. Using a tire brush and your rim cleaner of choice. Aggitate all surfaces to release stubburn dirt
3. Different size brushes are excellent for all the nooks and crannys of your rims and make the job much easier
4. Wheel wells generally are forgotten about but can dramatically alter the appearance of your vehicle so don’t forget you gotta clean them too!
Car:
1. Take your clean soapy mit to the roof of the vehicle and let the mit do most of the work. Medium pressure can be used for those problem areas.
2. Work in small sections for a more thorough clean
3. After each panel rinse your mit thoroughly in your wash bucket
4. Leave the lower parts of the panels for the last couple passes.
